Globalization is a trend of 21st century. Now a day all corporate work is concerned with excellent communication.Because in management right flow of communication is required from apex to bottom level.Communication is key factor in creation, implementation, monitoring & reporting all corporate activity.So the corporate communication is getting broader in all sector & there is a huge demand of professional, who can handle this domain. As we all know English is the most acceptable communication language around the world. India, china, Brazil & south Africa are main destination of investor, In present scenario we are ahead among them.So it become more important to train our people for upcoming challenge.

If we look back to few year from now the chain of communication was as follows, company communicate with there consumer through press release & with there employee through internal bulletins. Today communication has gone up manifold.

As a corporate communicator, an individual become face of the organization. The skill sets required in communicator is ability to articulate ideas & expressed in lucid manner.They involve in internal communication as well as external communication.

Future prospect

India is a land of opportunity.There is enormous scope for corporate communication in India, plentiful reason for that. We need to use developed tool for improving communication skill & external scenario has become more dynamic.

MAOIST MOVEMENT

Now a day Maoist movement are becoming main hurdle for the development of country and spoiling lot of opportunity in the region.Government is constantly making effort to restore peace and development.Recently govt.started operation against him but violence has increased in the region.Now question is, what is right solution to the problem.First we need to understand the nature of Maoist movement, why they developed in the country because they are our people.We can't just kill the mass people and resolve the issue.It will create big imbalance.So govt. should go for talk and understand their problem.The is only spread in poor and remote area of Bengal, Orissa, Chhattiisgarh, Bihar, Andhara Pradesh etc. One shit of India looks bright and other contrast. So we can't sail the boat in right direction, we need to be parallel.India is at the threshold of big change.We can make big difference by resolving this issue.There are some suggestions:-

• Set master plan for their upliftment


• Give them a clear vision of future

GOAL SETTING

Setting goal in our life is important and effects in long run.Today participated in global MDP at PROTON business school, speaker was from Germany and athlete by profession. There are some learning from the session:-

• To achieve small goals, are more important

• Check point are needed during achieving your goal

• If you write down the things on paper and take a glance daily, bigger the chance to achieve your goal

• What you want to do ,say to people as much as you can

• Visualize the goal and try to get into the system, feel it

• Don't be discouraged till last key you have

• Never give up till the last goal achieve

Keep positive attitude,it will make your work more easy.

MOVIE - 3 idiots

It was a nice experience to watching the movie 3 idiots.As we all are expected from Aamir khan's long awaited movie.In entire movie i concentrated on every aspect.Music was composed nicely to touch the heart of audience.One thing i observe minutely that Aamir didn't expose himself much as other actor dose usually.This is nice way to give chance to other guy.There are some learning from the movie:-

• Learning is important but how do you learn stuff is more important because that add another learning

• Truth of life "when friends fail, you get sad;when friend success,you become more sad

• Creativity stand you in exclusive path as well as give great degree of satisfaction

• Some time people around us inspire, so always with good people
